Built quietly, on purpose.

Alongside client work I build consumer products of my own. This page shows them — names, screens, and their honest state included. They are laboratories first: every mechanism I recommend to clients runs here, against my own P&L.

Why they exist

The same discipline, pointed at myself.

Everything I recommend to clients — onboarding, activation, pricing, retention, holdouts — runs somewhere against my own P&L first. On these products I am the founder, the CRM team, and the budget owner at once: every mechanism gets tested where I own one hundred percent of the consequences.

Three are live today; two more are designed and heading into build. All of them are small on purpose — they fit inside the same working window this practice is built around, and they never touch client hours.

What I run against my own P&L

Lab 01 · Perpetale

The endless tale that remembers you.

Live · web

Surface Web now · iOS in progress · Category AI interactive fiction

An AI interactive-story app: you write or pick a scenario and live it turn by turn — chapters, never game-overs. Every turn you take becomes a star in your own night sky, and the world remembers all of them — people, promises, debts. Live in production on the web; the iOS build is in progress.

The hard part is memory: the story has to remember a promise made forty turns ago without inflating the prompt past what a subscription can pay for.

What it trains

LLM orchestration + long memory Per-turn unit economics Subscription paywall Onboarding & activation Bilingual interface
Perpetale — a story turn: the scene, then the choices that decide what happens nextPerpetale — the opening screen: a constellation over a night sky and the promise of an endless tale that remembers you

Lab 02 · Glowtale

Bedtime stories you write together.

Design complete · build next

Surface Storytime live · app designed · Category Kids’ bedtime app

A bedtime-story app for a parent and a small child (2–6): one warm illustrated tale a night, written together, one choice at a time. Every choice catches a firefly; at the end the fireflies rise into the child’s own evening sky. It runs on the same engine as the night product above — deliberately a separate, warm brand. The storytime mode is live today; the standalone app is fully designed.

The hard part is holding a child's attention while the parent reads: the picture has to stay on screen as the text scrolls, or she looks away.

What it trains

UX for ages 2–6, one hand at 21:00 Evening ritual & retention Illustration pipeline Family voices (TTS) Zero-registration onboarding
Glowtale — choosing tonight's companion, the child's age and how long the story runsGlowtale — the opening screen: a warm glowing orb and the promise of bedtime stories you write together

Lab 03 · Likar Poruch

A health companion, in Ukrainian.

Live · Telegram

Surface Telegram bot · iOS app designed · Category UA health companion

A Ukrainian-language AI companion for body and mind: two named characters under one roof with shared memory — a doctor who writes structured plans with sources (steps, doses, red flags, when to see a clinician in person) and a gentler evening voice for the mind. Hard escalation rails to live emergency care. Live on Telegram with paying users; the iOS app is designed.

The hard part is the boundary: when to give a confident plan, and when to stop and send someone to a doctor in person.

What it trains

Safety rails & evals Prompt architecture Trust in the hardest consumer domain Per-consultation unit economics
Likar Poruch — the escalation screen: emergency number, crisis line and psychological helpLikar Poruch — a full treatment plan screen with steps, doses and red-flag warnings for when to see a doctor

Lab 04 · Obiymy

A companion who actually remembers you.

Design complete · build next

Surface App · design done · Category UA emotional support

“Not therapy — presence.” A Ukrainian emotional-support companion: memory that turns the conversation into a relationship, one honest question instead of an interrogation, warmth without judgment — and a hard rule that crisis help, memory and your data stay free forever. Positioning, brand dictionary and the full product design are done; the build is next. The goal is the first 500 people it genuinely helps — depth, not scale.

The hard part is charging for warmth honestly: crisis help, memory and your data stay free forever, so the paid part has to earn its place.

What it trains

Positioning & brand dictionary Monetizing warmth honestly Crisis-safe by design Depth over scale: the first 500
Obiymy — a morning conversation that remembers yesterday, with the week's mood underneathObiymy — the opening screen: a warm orb and the promise of a companion who actually remembers you

Lab 05

A private tutor, built for one learner.

Private · live

Surface Telegram · private · Category One-learner English tutor

The only one still unnamed — an English tutor for exactly one person. It remembers her level, goals and recurring mistakes, explains in Ukrainian, immerses progressively in English, and reads every reply aloud on demand. A fork of the same companion base as the labs above — proof the architecture travels. Not a product; a gift that just happened to be software.

The hard part is not widening it: one learner, one fork, and the discipline to leave it there.

What it trains

Personalization through memory Voice in, voice out One fork, one user, zero scope creep
ⓘ Why the names are public now

For a long time these lived here unnamed — laboratories and bets, kept apart from the practice on purpose. As of mid-2026 the names are open: the products are far enough along to speak for themselves, and the separation was costing more clarity than it bought. The rest still holds — they are places where I take my own risk and make my own mistakes first, and none of them is a client reference. If one is relevant to your case, I’ll walk you through it in the room.

The practice these products sharpen is the rest of this site — see how I work or this season’s bet.
